½ tsp dried dill weed (or 1 - 2 tsp fresh dill, minced)
¼ cup olive oil
2 quarts Dr Blum’s Detox Broth (available at www.organicpharmer.com)
1.5 tsp sea salt, or to taste
2 small carrots, peeled and sliced thinly
2 small stalks celery, sliced thinly
3 Tbl fresh dill, minced
2 Tbl parsley, minced
1 Tbl fresh chives, minced
