Please note! The soups & beverages arrive cold or frozen and ready to drink, heat and eat. They must be refrigerated or frozen immediately. When thawed the beverages last 3 days in the fridge, the soups 5 days and the shots 7 days. In the freezer you will be good for a minimum of 3 months! Granola lasts 6 months in pantry. The Raspberry oat bars last in freezer for up to 3 months, 15 days in fridge and 7 days in your pantry!
