Shipping & Returns


Organic Pharmer offers free & premium shipping to everywhere in the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, please also ship to your home address not a UPS store, as our products should be put in the freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible. All orders ship from California, Monday-Wednesday every week based on availability of product. Most of our products are frozen to preserve nutritional value at its peak therefore we offer 2 day or overnight options. If you select overnight please note that this does not guarantee your order will be shipped out the day you place it.
We ship orders on a first come first serve basis, based on availability of product. All orders placed after 12pm EST Monday & Tuesday will be shipped out the next day. All orders received after Wednesday at 12pm EST will be shipped the following week. 
We do not offer guaranteed time frames for shipping rather we estimate from when we ship our order to when you receive it will be a window of 1-3 days. 
Shipping carriers no longer guarantee deliveries, even overnight. We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but are at the liberty of shipping carriers.
If you gave us your email address at checkout you will be kept updated about your order and provided tracking information.

Orders within California have free shipping over cart values of $100. The Phast is excluded from free shipping. All terms are subject to change without notice. Cart values for shipping are the value shown after discounts are applied.


Due to the perishability of our products we cannot accept product returns or do product exchanges. If for any reason a return is approved we will issue store credit to be used on a new order of products. We encourage you to look at all the ingredients listed in our products to determine any allergies or sensitivities you may have beforehand. Please triple check your orders to ensure everything you ordered shows up in your cart! We want to help the best we can, but we are limited on what we can do after you've received your order.
If a return is processed there will be a restock fee of $80 to account for shipping, handling and product loss. Other fees may be applied and deducted from refund such as internet processing and banking fees to name a few.
