Organic Pharmer offers free & paid shipping to everywhere in the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, please also ship to your home address not a UPS store, as some of our products should be put in the refrigerator as soon as possible. All of our products do not ship from the same facility. We ship from California & New York/New Jersey area, Monday-Wednesday every week. We offer ground shipping and 2 Day based on product type. 
All orders ship on a first come first serve basis, based on availability of product. When available beverage and cleanse orders received by 9AM EST Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will ship out that same day.
All beverage orders received after 9AM EST on Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. 
Soups and Phasts ship out Monday-Friday via ground shipping and may take 1-2 days of handling time plus up to 7 days of ground shipping time. Please plan accordingly! Once our orders have shipped out we cannot amend an order. 
We do not offer guaranteed time frames for shipping rather we estimate from when we ship our order to when you receive it will be a window of 1-7 business days. 
Shipping carriers no longer guarantee deliveries, even overnight. We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but are at the liberty of shipping carriers.
If you gave us your email address at checkout you will be kept updated about your order and provided tracking information. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@organicpharmer.com for more information or for any shipping inquiries. Most orders over $150 will qualify for free shipping. All terms are subject to change without notice. Cart values for shipping are the value shown after discounts are applied.

Returns & Refunds

We cannot accept product returns or do product exchanges and do not offer product refunds. If for any reason a return or refund is approved on a one off basis we will issue store credit to be used on a new order of products. We encourage you to look at all the ingredients listed in our products to determine any allergies or sensitivities you may have beforehand. Please triple check your orders to ensure everything you ordered shows up in your cart! We want to help the best we can, but we are limited on what we can do after you've received your order.
If a return is processed there can be a restock fee up to $80 to account for shipping, handling and product loss. Other fees may be applied and deducted from refund such as internet processing and banking fees to name a few. 
If your order was damaged in-transit (please supply pictures), or if you’ve received the wrong Organic Pharmer order, please keep the products in the freezer if perishable (soups do not have to be kept in freezer anymore) until we can discuss the best action plan.
