Refund policy

Returns

We cannot accept product returns or do product exchanges. If for any reason a return is needed we will issue store credit to be used on a new order of products. We encourage you to look at all the ingredients listed in our products to determine any allergies or sensitivities you may have beforehand, as once the product is shipped we cannot receive it back. If a return is processed there will be a restock fee of $80 to account for shipping, handling and product loss. Other fees may be applied and deducted from refund such as internet processing and banking fees to name a few. 


If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong order, please reach out to our customer service team at info@organicpharmer.com. Please provide pictures and details so we can best assist you. Should your products be perishable please store them in the fridge or freezer.
