Please note! Our beverages do not need to be frozen. Beverages must arrive cold and be stored in the refrigerator immediately. We recommend drinking as soon as possible but each beverage has an expiration date on it. These beverages are in fully recyclable BPA free and leech free plastic.

Should you want to  keep in freezer here are our Instructions for defrosting: 1) take out of freezer and place in refrigerator 24-48 hours prior to use 2) soak bottles in a water bath for about 60 minutes. Please be aware that when thawing our beverages there will be separation that occurs, this is natural and totally normal. Protein shakes change the most as the protein structure does not fully dissolve again.
