Our Tuscan White Bean Soup is a rich and hearty minestrone, brimming with tender white beans, fresh vegetables and Tuscan kale, seasoned with fresh rosemary, garlic and crushed red chili flakes. It's a heart healthy and vegan soup powerhouse packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. This soup has a strong dose of apple cider vinegar goodness, used for blood sugar management and to promote gut health.

Organic White Beans are a great source of fiber, B vitamins and minerals. This vegan soup is packed with delicious vegan heart healthy protein and fiber to help you get your recommended daily intake. Add in some American Kombu Seaweed for it’s calcium, iodine, iron and vitamins to support immunity, reduce blood cholesterol and hypertension. On top of all that Kombu has been shown to have an enzyme that can break down the raffinose sugars in beans to make them easier to digest! If you needed anymore reason to start adding this to your monthly routine we add in rosemary, oregano & black pepper for their rich antioxidant and anti-inflammatory makeup.

Instructions for heating: Place soup in pot on stove on medium heat for 1-3 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.

Please note! Our soups are in glass containers and can be stored in your pantry or fridge. Once opened please refrigerate. Heat and enjoy.

I wasn't sure I was going to like this one based on some of the reviews. I must have different tastebuds. I thought it was so perfect. Even better, it was so good for my glucose monitor. I always have these on hand now.

My husband didn't read the description when he was buying it and found it it was a bit spicy, I loved them though thats why I'm giving it a 4 star. Spicy and yummy apple cider vinegar. So filling

I had such high hopes for these soups. Though I’m someone who loves acidic foods with forward flavor, these were unpalatably sour. I can imagine possibly consuming them for purely medicinal purposes, but otherwise they are just inedible.

Spicy

This is spicy and delicious. Love all the beans. Never have I had a soup from a company that really feels like a hearty soup.
