Instructions:

Some products should be stored in your freezer until you are ready to do the Phast. Please reference the guide that comes with your program. If you have questions reach out to us!
24-48 hours prior to the start date put the products from the freezer in the fridge to thaw OR you can put Day 1 & 2 in the fridge 24-48 hours prior to your start date. Once you have completed Day 1 take Days 3, 4, & 5 out of the freezer. All products are safe up to 7 days after thawing. If you forget to take your products out, give them a water bath for 30 minutes.
All soups, broths, and golden milks can be heated on the stove top in a saucepan until desired temperature is reached (~2 minutes on medium heat). We recommend heating up the Golden Milk to dissolve the healthy coconut fat, some Phasters have cited enjoying it more when enjoyed cold (make sure to eat the coconut fat). We do not recommend microwaving. If you simply must, remove from plastic and use a microwave safe container.
All bars should be kept in the freezer until ready to be enjoyed, then put in the fridge. Bars last in the fridge for 14 days.

**If intermittent fasting is something you are already doing we would recommend keeping your eating window to 8 hours. For example, you may enjoy a Vegan “Bone” Broth at 11am and your Golden Milk no later than 7pm.
