Note: Heat me up! The chunks inside the golden milk are coconut fat. When heated they will turn to liquid. Add to a pot on the stove and heat until desired temperature is reached.
Instructions for defrosting: 1) take the first 2 days of your cleanse out of freezer and place in refrigerator a 24-48 hours prior to use, at the end of day 1 take out day 3, when you've completed day 2 take out day 4, when you complete day 3 take out day 5 2) If you forget you can soak bottles in a water bath for about 60 minutes
