What is The Phast?

The Phast is designed to trick your body into a fasted state, all while enjoying delicious, 100% organic, real food that is free of gluten, dairy, corn, soy, egg, and inflammatory oils. 

*Please note all soups, broth and golden milk in the Phast are now shelf stable or able to be stored in the fridge. Do not store in the freezer! The trainer protein shake has been replaced by our French lentil soup to maximize the nutrition for an improved fasted state. Ignore the photos, while we work to get new ones =)  store your protein bars in the fridge or freezer if not starting for over a month.

How often should I Phast?

Transformative (3 months)*

Research shows performing the Phast 1 time per month for 3 months in a row has the best results. We recommend everyone starting here. Always check with your healthcare provider.

Life Changing (Monthly Subscription)*

This program is recommended for those wanting to up their wellness practices. Healthy adults seeking to assist the body in reversing and preventing disease, while increasing healthy longevity. (Minimum of 4 month commitment). 

One Time Trial

A great way to test the effects of The Phast or to do additional Phasts throughout the year when not on a 3 month cycle.

Instructions:

1. All products can be stored in the pantry or the fridge based on preference. Do not freeze glass jars!
2. All soups, broths, and golden milks can be heated on the stove top in a saucepan until desired temperature is reached (~1 minute on medium heat). We recommend heating up the Golden Milk to dissolve the healthy coconut fat, some Phasters have cited enjoying it more when enjoyed cold (make sure to eat the coconut fat). We do not recommend microwaving. If you simply must, please use a microwave safe container and don't microwave in original packaging.

*When signing up for a Phast subscription you are agreeing to a commitment of 3 months for transformative and at least 4 months for life changing. Please be sure you are ready to commit to this prior to ordering as there is an early cancellation fee of $100 per shipment.

**If intermittent fasting is something you are already doing we would recommend keeping your eating window to 8 hours. For example, you may enjoy a Vegan “Bone” Broth at 11am and your Golden Milk no later than 7pm.
