Ayurvedic Kitchari Cleanse
Introducing our Spring Ayurvedic Kitchari Cleanse. Those familiar with Ayurveda will know that this cleanse is recommended in Fall and Spring, or any time before or during an illness. The food you eat during a kitchari cleanse is hearty enough to give your body the energy it needs to realign your doshas, or your body’s three many sources of energy. The rest of the energy, Ayurvedic practitioners say, is spent on eliminating toxins that build up in your body.
Any of our cleanses can help you change your habits and reset your digestive system, calm inflammation and boost immunity. This style of cleanse is plain and simple, utilizing healing foods like turmeric and ginger, with easy to digest mung bean and basmati rice.
What you'll get with your order are 6 Mung Bean Kitchari Packages with instructions for the cleanse (before, during and after) as well as 6 digestive teas for your daily consumption.
This program will be available until May 10th. Find out more information about the cleanse here.
