Cauliflower is packed with vitamin c which acts as an antioxidant and suggested use for inflammation as well as immune boosting benefits.
A warm, creamy puree of organic cauliflower, aromatic vegetables and subtle Indian spices. Finished with fresh coriander and a touch of lemon. Fresh turmeric root and black pepper help alleviate inflammation. This product is frozen and serves 4.

Instructions for defrosting: 1) take out of freezer and place in refrigerator a few days prior to use 2) soak container in a warm water bath for about 60 minutes or 3) Place frozen soup in pot on stove on medium heat for 20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
