Organic Pharmer's "5-Day Jump Start" meal program is an introduction to clean, healthy eating. With a combination of juices, foods, and snacks of which all are organic and free of gluten, dairy, corn, soy & egg. With the help of wellness coach and friend Lisa Malin, we created this plan to take the hassle out of weekly meal prep. For 5 days anyway.
